Counter staff at the front desk are extremely unhelpful and do not have the skill set or manners to help clients. I have been going to Therapie for Botox Treatments for 5 plus years now. Many of the injectors are highly professional and excellent at their job. However, increasingly, I am finding the girls who stand at reception unwelcoming and dismissive. I was promised a call back yesterday because a treatment did not go as planned. The call back never came. I knew leaving that the call would not be made; the counter staff were busy conversing with each other about other things. Rescheduling another appointment for me was not important. I used to recommend Therapie to friends. Now I would be embarrassed to. The welcome, help and advice from the front desk is unprofessional and cold.

Laura was absolutely outstanding! The girls are always lovely but something about this experience was different. I felt a little unsure this time due to a certain time of month and she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. She explained what she was doing every step of the way and checked in on me at every stage. She was just absolutely amazing and is an absolute credit. Thank you so much :)

The team in the clinic are friendly and greet you with a warm smile. After sitting for a few minutes, Gary came and brought me to the treatment room. Here Gary explained what my procedure involved and how I would feel as it was being done and after. When we had finished Gary walked me back to the reception and assisted with arranging my next appointments. A seemless service from start to finish, I would highly recommend Therapie clinic.

Gary was very friendly a professional, during my initial consultation he talked me through the procedure and gave good advice and guidance. As a first time user of wrinkle injections it was great that Gary understood and respected any concerns I had and answered any questions I had fully. During the actual procedure Gary talked through what he was doing and before I knew it the procedure was over with little to no discomfort. I would certainly be happy to have another treatment with Gary. Thank you.

I booked the ‘3 areas of anti wrinkle with free lip flip’ on Black Friday. Wasn’t clear on the app how to actually book it. Emailed to clarify, didn’t receive a reply so called the next day. No answer. When I got to the Belfast salon on 15th December (30mins early than original appointment as requested!!) I asked the lady who was working at reception about the offer. She said it expired and gave me her email address and said to contact her regarding any offers in the future. She said that I could pay £99 for the lip flip on the day. It feels like the Black Friday campaign was very misleading. I have been using therapie for the last few years for both anti-wrinkle and hair removal. Disappointing that long term clients miss out on these offers.

Have paid a lot of money for lazer hair removal and I am very disappointed in the results legs and face are ok. Bikini and underarms are very disappointing results I have one session left and I know my underarms are not going to be any better off I’m shaving as much now as I was before. Extremely disheartened as I really wanted this to work.
